Job Title: Machine Operator

First Shift 7-3 Monday-Friday

Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to handle the machining of parts based on customer specifications. The role includes reading blueprints, creating layouts, operating various machines, performing quality inspections, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Additional responsibilities may involve participating in the coating process and crate building for product shipment.

Hard Skills

• Minimum of 3 years industrial experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and creating layouts

• Experience in measuring with micrometers and calipers

Soft Skills

• Coachable

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats in a small team environment
