Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets, and implement process improvements as needed. Participate in cross-training initiatives to learn different aspects of the production process, such as operating different machinery, assembly, or assisting in other departments as needed. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety guidelines at all times.

The essential functions of this role include:

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
