What You Will Do:

• Use mechanical skills to assemble products (units and/or sub-assemblies) without quality defects
• May pull needed parts to assemble products
• May read blueprints and other drawings to ensure products are assembled correctly
• Operate hand and air-powered tools such as impact wrenches, manual and powered screwdrivers, sockets, and other assorted power and hand tools
• Update information in manufacturing software regarding job data
• Other projects and duties that will be challenging and fun!

What You Will Need :

• High school degree or GED equivalent
• Ability to interpret blueprints and instructional drawings preferred; aptitude to learn this skill
• Mechanical skills/aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Comprehension of machine tolerance preferred; aptitude to learn this concept
• Computer skills - MS Word, Excel and any ERP experience
• 1+ years of related experience a plus
• Team Lead experience a plus

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. over 2/3 of workday.
• Other physical activity may include standing, climbing, stooping, bending, reaching, and frequent use of hands and fingers.
• Fine motor skills required to use small parts in assemblies.
