[Temp to Perm[ **[Position Summary [First and foremost, the primary function of this position is to provide an excellent and memorable customer experience. That is our commitment, and the Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in this commitment. This role will also assist the marketing department in data entry and date review. We are looking for candidates that are technology-savvy, possess championship thinking and are seeking a challenging and rewarding work experience. The successful candidate will be able to build sustainable customer relationships, earn their loyalty and trust, as well as accurately and efficiently resolve any emerging problems our customers may face.

  • Manage incoming calls, customer service inquiries and requests.
  • Accurately enter orders, new account information, quotations and other documents in our ERP and CRM systems, SAGE 100, and Salesforce, respectively.
  • Serve as a resource for customers regarding product information and availability, order entry and status.
  • Communicate effectively with our internal and external customers.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Aim to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Provide courteous and accurate information by using the right method/tools such as literature, website, personnel knowledge.
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues utilizing appropriate staff and resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Active and proper record keeping/data entry in Salesforce.com.
  • Active and proper data entry mostly utilizing excel to assist Marketing in price files, product add files, etc.
  • Follow proper company communication policies and procedures.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.
