The role

Daniel Durrer* is the Hiring Lead you`ll mainly talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. Daniel summarized the role as follows:

"As a Solution Architect for Dynamics 365 you will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and handling complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for our internal sales force at SoftwareOne. You will work closely with collaborators and teammates to ensure the successful delivery of customized D365 solutions."

Role Description:

• Architecting end-to-end D365 solutions.

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Leading development teams in implementing D365 solutions.

• Conducting workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations.

  The key resp onsibility:

• Staying updated on the latest D365 features and technologies.

• Identifying project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of D365 solutions.

• Participating in pre-sales activities.

  The key relationships:

• Collaborating with the development team, collaborators, pre-sales, product owner, and manager.

• Engaging with the users of our Dynamics 365 platform.

What we need to see from you

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 7+ years of experience in crafting and implementing Microsoft D365 solutions.

• Consistent track record in leading sophisticated D365 projects and delivering high-quality solutions.

• Expertise in D365, with in-depth knowledge of D365 modules and customization.

• Experience with D365 integrations and relevant Microsoft certifications.

• Superb communication skills in English.

• Ability to engage and collaborate optimally with diverse customers.

• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
