ManpowerGroup Remote Call Center (Tourism Industry) in Lehigh Acres, Florida

Remote Call Center for Tourism Industry- $20.00 hourly

Manpower has an immediate remote high volume call center position available that is working for the travel & tourism industry. Must be able to attend 4 week PAID remote Training class beginning Monday, 9/30: 2PM-11PM EST

Daily attendance is mandatory. Must have availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays. Schedules will typically consist of at least 1 weekend shift.

Work schedules will be given out during 4 week training and you must be able to work shift is 2nd shift. You must start working your 8 hour shifts between the hours of 2PM-5PM eastern standard time. Client will provide laptops.

Requirements:

  • Must have 3+ recent years of high volume inbound/outbound call center experience.

  • 2+ years of experience with Tourism/Travel in bookings, de-escalations, reservations.

  • Corporate travel experience is a + Salesforce experience preferred.

  • Conflict Resolution/Problem de-escalation

  • Computer proficient in multiple online portals/toggling

  • Microsoft Office, Gmail, Zoom, Webchat

  • Superb telephone skills, multi line phone systems

  • Resumes must show longevity in employment and no gaps of employment.

  • Must pass clients 7 year criminal background requirements.
