Firefly Solution Consultant Specialist Position Summary: As a creative problem-solving leader from the Solutions Consulting team, the Firefly (FF) Solution Consultant will have the chance to -create solutions for the most valuable client -problems. You will work with a team of technical experts on DMe and DX to craft solutions, and vision, that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. Also, partnering with cross functional resources such as Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering will allow you to be the voice of the field and drive innovation for Adobe. As part of this, you will tailor sales plays, use-cases, and technical solutions which clearly articulate the context and technical value of the GenAI technologies in the customer's daily work stream. Depth of technical knowledge of Adobe solutions will be key to your success and value to the team.

Deep experience in partnering with sales to drive customer change and innovation is a requirement. 4+ years' experience in Adobe Digital Media and/or Digital Experiences solutions is a plus (combined is preferred). Additionally, "customer side" experience is an asset that would bring credibility to our sales process and most importantly our customers. They trust us to advocate for them, align to their success, and influence unparalleled industry and solution leadership Technical and Business: Must be able to demonstrate and discuss the benefits of some or all of Adobe's solutions within the context of GenAI technologies. Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches clients' objectives and solves their business issues. Maintain an understanding of GenAI competitors, especially strengths and weaknesses of competitor solutions. In-depth experience with low-code development platforms (e.g., Mendix, Zoho Creator, Microsoft Power Apps) is required to build interactive and data-driven custom demos for showcasing product functionalities. A developer background and experience with languages like JavaScript is a plus for complex interactions.

Develop and maintain understanding of key industries applicable to the role (e.g. Media and Entertainment, FSI, High Tech, Telecom, Health Care, Travel and Hospitality, B2B) including key trends (such as Content Supply Chain), challenges, innovations, and technology solutions.
