The Opportunity The Account Executive will work with selected accounts in Adobe's Healthcare Life Sciences vertical. Understanding their Personalization and Customer/Member/Patient Engagement goals, collaborating with internal ecosystem and recommending Adobe solutions that drive business value. We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive who will be responsible for exceeding sales targets through the sale of Adobe Experience Platform. As an Account Executive, you will drive net new revenue and value realization. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on being on the front lines, prospecting, consultative selling, and winning! The ideal candidate will achieve success through solution selling and in-person customer meetings. What you'll Do * Develop and execute a plan with prioritization across accounts that serves as a success roadmap to exceed the quota. * Prospect to generate new business within named account territory. * Work cross functionally: (Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Deal Desk) to manage the sales cycle. * Build customer trust by recommending solutions to meet their business objectives. * Work in a team selling environment.

What you need to succeed * The ability to take richness of the Adobe Platform and simplify into a story of client business outcomes. * A minimum of 5+ years large enterprise-level outside software sales experience. * Deep understanding of: the Adobe Experience Platform, Marketo, Campaign and Target. * Proven track record of success and a history of exceeding quota. * Creative self-starter: ability to work independently. * A curious nature.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $258,000 -- $416,800 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
