Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager in Lehi, Utah. As a key member of our team, your primary role will be to support a global implementation of Oracle. This role requires a blend of skills including change management, project coordination, and communication planning.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing communications to the organization to ensure high-quality and effective communication

• Participate in the content review process and contribute to potential improvements

• Guide communication associates in their duties and tasks

• Produce town hall events for all team members and manage incoming communications

• Create content to support change awareness and stakeholder engagement

• Promote Change Management efforts and education within the organization

• Handle technical assets and organize meetings to ensure smooth proceedings

• Manage video documentation and organization

• Provide support to the leadership team, assisting in leadership duties

• Exhibit detail-oriented skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Project Management

• Proficiency in Change Management

• Strong IT asset management skills

• Ability to develop and execute a Communication Plan

• Experience in Supervising teams

• Excellent Organizational skills

• Skilled in Corporate Communications

• Experience in Project Coordination

• Track record in Continuous Process Improvement

• Familiarity with Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proven ability in People Management
