Job Title: CNC Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with a minimum of 1 year of Rotomold operating experience, 2 years of blueprint reading, and 2 years of machine operating experience.

Responsibilities: - Operate various CNC machines, lathes, drill presses, and CNC milling machines to provide components for manufactured products. - Perform machine set-ups, tool changes, tool offsets, and minor maintenance. - Execute cellular machining concepts when needed. - Gage and deburr parts according to industry standards. - Utilize CNC set-up instructions and programs where applicable. - Follow work orders, engineering drawings, and specifications; pull required work orders, including kits, fixtures, tooling, gages, and deburring tools needed for production. - Maintain fixtures and tooling, and notify the Machine Shop Supervisor or Team Lead about any damaged fixtures or tooling. - Maintain adequate inventory of tooling based on established minimum inventory requirements. - Cross-train on different job tasks within the department. - Work overtime as required. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Leetsdale, Pennsylvania.

Work Environment

Clean manufacturing environment. Start on 1st shift for training, then transition to 2nd shift at $21.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential. Progression scale with increases every three months for one year, reaching $22.50/hr. Overtime required as needed.
