*What You'll Be Doing* This position is responsible for cleaning, tidying, and organizing tools, parts, vehicles and equipment throughout the day. Assignments will involve staging and parking vehicles, running for parts, picking up or dropping off vehicles at vendors and dealerships throughout the area, processing and organizing paperwork and other tasks in support of a public works fleet maintenance division.

Schedule Regular schedule to be determined; no more than 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
  • Ability to assist with emergencies on an "on-call" basis.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL)- Class A or Class B and a safe driving record.
  • Safety training skills.
  • Experience working for a public works fleet maintenance department.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
