Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team. Your tasks will include repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the facility. Additionally, you will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment, ensuring smooth operations in a highly automated environment.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 13 Weekly.

Work Environment

This role requires comfort with performance being tracked through data and numbers. Though not micromanaged, performance expectations are clearly defined and monitored. The facility is brand new, which may involve initial growing pains but also offers a state-of-the-art work environment with advanced robotic components. Candidates must be flexible to work any 10-hour shift as required.
