As the Senior Center Services Director 2, you will be responsible for managing medium-sized senior centers and the nutrition program in Lebanon County, to include congregate meals, home-delivered meals, nutritional education, and socialization and recreational programs.  Within this role, you will have the opportunity to plan, organize, and implement the senior center programs to meet the needs of the area's older adults and to manage the nutrition programs offered through the Department of Aging.

Specific duties involve developing and recommending policies and procedures for the overall operation of the nutrition program and senior center programs, preparing monthly program and budgetary reports, and facilitating public meetings to explain goals, objectives, and senior center programs.  Excellent leadership skills are vital, as you will be supervising the Senior Community Center Manager, the office secretary, and the Meals on Wheels drivers.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Four (4) years of experience in a food service, social service or recreation program, including one (1) year in an administrative, supervisory or consultative capacity or two (2) years as a Senior Center Manager. College or business school may be substituted on a year-for-year basis to a maximum of two (2) years for the general experience; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
