duties:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assists with setups on CNC equipment

Initiates and monitors SPC

Maintains 5S work standards

Maintains all quality standards

Watching the line for bottlenecks/ machine problems, correcting as needed. Assists in troubleshooting production problems

Assists in the training of newly assigned team members. Signs certifications

Assists in maintaining of continuous improvement of company safety practices

Assists in meeting/exceeding conversion costs, production schedules and quality goals.

Help run the line through breaks and lunch periods.

Helping with whatever is necessary to keep the line running, with safety as a primary concern.

Other duties, as directed.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Basic math skills to add, subtract, multiply, divide and calculate simple percentages. Be able to add and subtract decimal values.
