We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented PS Procurement Performance Leader and Continuous Improvement Expert to join our team located either in Grenoble area, France, or close to Környe, Hungary where we have 2 of our biggest production sites! In this role, you will work closely with PS business units, Global Category Managers, and operation sites to create and execute strategies that drive significant savings and performance improvements. You will leverage continuous improvement methods and tools to identify, quantify, and execute procurement opportunities. Please apply with a resume in ENGLISH.

Your key responsibilities:

  • identify and manage continuous improvement savings initiatives to enhance the performance of key components and suppliers.

  • collaborate with suppliers, plants, operations, sourcing, quality, and engineering teams to lead kaizen events aimed at reducing costs in raw materials and indirect services.

  • support plant kaizen workshops to drive down cost per unit related to raw materials.

  • promote continuous improvement techniques at suppliers to deliver higher performance and efficiencies.

  • interface with internal and external partners to identify performance issues, quantify financial impacts, and collaboratively pursue solutions.

  • provide regular feedback to sourcing on supplier otif (on-time in-full) performance and improvement plans.

  • consolidate ci and savings opportunities, ensuring updates are communicated effectively.

  • organize regular reviews with plants and coordinate support from the procurement team.

  • manage supplier performance, monitor gaps, and ensure strong action plans are in place to increase performance on critical suppliers.

  • partner with design to value team, procurement business solutions, or supplier-facing teams as required.

  • drive supplier assessment and improvement activities to gain strategic insights.

  • manage supplier cost efficiencies and otif performance to optimize value for the company’s spend.

Your profile:

  • Around 5 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing management, preferably in a high-demanding sector such as automotive, FMCG or consulting MANDATORY.

  • Understanding of manufacturing, preferably in pharma/med or automotive sectors, with a hands-on approach to driving improvements.

  • Strong procurement knowledge and experience with continuous improvement tools and methods (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen...) MANDATORY.

  • Expertise in supplier management, evaluation, and continuous improvement programs.

  • Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and manage projects/programs effectively.

  • Ability to influence internally and externally through indirect management.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and SAP knowledge.

  • Strong communication skills in a multicultural, multifunctional environment.

  • Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus.
