We are looking for a Medical Affairs Service Specialist to develop and deliver a range of services and provide support to pharmaceutical and biotech customers. The Medical Affairs Service Specialist will be responsible for coordinating MA Services activities, assessing the time and effort necessary to meet customer needs, and evaluating feasibility from a technical standpoint (Human Factors, Toxicology, Clinical).

Your key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of the service offering within BD, ensuring strategic alignment with other functions and the leadership team.

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs and implement a coordinated approach to address them through close collaboration with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, and other functions.

  • Manage all aspects of progress for signed contracts, working to meet results and anticipating challenges to deliver.

  • Collaborate with the entire Medical Affairs team across the EU and US to ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery of services.

  • Liaise with Medical Affairs team members in charge of our products to determine the best way to provide services and build quotations accordingly.

  • Work closely with the cross-functional team developing services, closing gaps to deliver service offer packages, defining rules, engaging with customers, and building the pricing strategy.

  • Execute the service strategy with a focus on planning, tracking, and quality of execution, managed and measured via a comprehensive database.

Your profile:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Clinical Studies or Human Factors or strong scientific and clinical background (PhD, PharmD, MD) with experience in customer-facing roles.

  • General knowledge of clinical trials and Human Factor Studies, with advanced understanding of preclinical research and toxicology.

  • Strong understanding of design control and knowledge of worldwide combination product regulations, with a proven background in an international Pharma or Medical Device company, or a company/CRO serving these customers.

  • Proven experience in B2B client management with a strategic and client-focused approach at a regional or global level (WW).

  • Experienced in project management, comfortable with IT tools, well-organized, and agile.

  • Ability to lead and foster a different cultural fit.

  • Strong commitment and energy.

  • Proficient in English; French is a plus. This role requires approximately 20% travel.
