Description

The Executive Director for our clients' Disability Housing Facility is responsible for the strategic leadership and comprehensive management of the facility. The primary goal of this role is to ensure the provision of high-quality services, compliance with regulatory standards, and the achievement of operational and financial objectives. The Executive Director will lead a team of managers and staff to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the facility's strategic plans in alignment with the company's mission and goals.

• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and improvement in service delivery.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure regional objectives are met and aligned with company-wide strategies.

• Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the housing facility, ensuring high standards of care and service.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain quality and regulatory compliance.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure continuous improvement.

  Requirements

• Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare, social services, or housing sectors.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards in disability housing.

• Excellent financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and financial analysis.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.

• Commitment to the mission of providing safe, supportive, and inclusive housing for individuals with disabilities.
