• Meet with customers to define and document business requirements;
• Translate requirements to software solutions;
• Configure company software;
• Validate and load data templates populated by customers;
• Develop reports with company report writing tools;
• Assist customers with system adoption after go-live;
• Work primarily on larger projects with multiple team members all reporting to a project manager, although at times may work independently on smaller projects;

• Financial accounting and accounting principles as evidenced by being able to explain general accounting principles, proper Chart of Accounts design, principles of common business financial reports, typical revenue/invoice accounting, and typical purchasing/bill accounting;
• Implementing company software and company project delivery methodology;
• Completion of projects and assignments on time, within budget and scope, and with customer success;
• Working on project plans and managing project scope (as defined in the signed Statement of Work);
• Providing regular status reports/updates on work assignments to project managers and/or customers;
• Achieving assigned monthly utilization/billable hours target and accurately track work time using the designated time-tracking tools;
• Performing SaaS software development and associated processes;
• Solving complex problems such as extracting requirements for the software from customers via conversation, translating those business requirements into software solutions, configuring the solutions, and enabling customers to understand and use those solutions;
• Performing consulting and implementation services for customers;
• Exposure to a broad range of industries and business scenarios including software provider, contract management, services project accounting, revenue management, franchise model, wealth and asset management, healthcare, and warehouse/inventory management;
• Utilizing relational databases and ability to write financial and statistical reports ranging from basic to complex difficulty.
