General Labor and Groundskeeper

Purpose

[ Flexco is currently looking for a part time employee that would work 2-3 days a week. Daily tasks would be but are not limited to, Groundskeeping (mowing, weedeating, weed killing etc) janitorial duties ( changing out toilet paper, paper towels, sweeping and mopping etc). Other mechanical skills would be a plus. We would like to employ someone whom is self motivated and sufficient in the areas listed below! Required skills:

• Mechanical - knowledge of machines, tools and fabrication.
• Ability to read a tape measure, use micrometers and calipers
• Ability to use protractors and squares and use simple geometry
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints
• Basic computer skills, able to learn and use computer controlled equipment
• Knowledge of mathematics as it applies to the job
• General knowledge of safety practices
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to follow orders precisely and work independently
• Detail oriented
• Punctual and reliable
• Honest and trustworthy
• Good communication skills
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
