Ce poste a comme principale responsabilité de faire le montage des pièces en cire.

TÂCHES/RESPONSABILITÉS

• Coller les différentes grandeurs de « gate » sur les pièces et de bien les sceller pour prévenir les inclusions tout en suivant les instructions du montage.

• Performs base assembly and bracket operation-installation

• Faire l’assemblage des « runners » sur la pièce en suivant les instructions fournies par les ingénieurs.

• Tremper le cluster dans le bassin de cire pour bien sceller toutes les ouvertures.

• Enlever toutes les surfaces défectueuses, bulles, gouttes et tâches d’air piègées.

• Assurer que les équipements, les installations, les outils, les méthodes de travail ainsi que les activités sont efficaces, sécuritaires et conformes aux normes prescrites.

• S’acquitter de toutes autres tâches qui pourraient lui être confiées.

• Respecte les valeurs et le code d’éthique de l’entreprise.

• Respecte les programmes d’environnement, de santé et de sécurité de l’entreprise.

This position has as main responsibility to assemble the wax parts.

DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES

• Glue the different sizes of "gate" on the parts and seal them well to prevent inclusions while following the assembly instructions.

• Performs base assembly and bracket operation-installation

• Make the assembly of the "runners" on the part following the instructions provided by the engineers.

• Dip the cluster in the wax basin to seal all openings.

• Remove all defective surfaces, bubbles, drops and trapped air stains.

• Ensure that equipment, facilities, tools, work methods and activities are efficient, safe and comply with prescribed standards Performs other duties as required.
