Job Title: Lead Electrical PlannerJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Planner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IPS (TOADFLY) and 2-3 years of experience with the work order system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating custom KPIs, managing cost controls for TA projects, and generating various reports. This role requires a deep understanding of project controls, cost management, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Create custom Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and generate required reports.

• Manage and control costs for TA projects, including earned and burned values.

• Oversee project controls and reporting for multiple planners and execution coordinators.

• Utilize the IPS (TOADFLY) system to streamline planning and reporting processes.

• Work with the work order system to ensure smooth operation and project execution.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with IPS (TOADFLY).

• Ability to create custom KPIs and other required reports.

• 2-3 years of experience with the work order system.

• Strong understanding of cost controls, earned values, and project controls.

• Proficiency in reporting tools and project management software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in cost control and project management.

• Ability to work with multiple planners and execution coordinators.

• Knowledge of Maximo and other work order systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced technologies and tools to manage electrical planning and project controls. The role may require collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and cost management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
