Position Summary Information
General Summary
TheStudent Intern – IT Contracts & Financial Analysiswill perform tasks associated withbudget management, financial analysis and reporting, invoice processing and contract administration, enabling senior management to make well-informed business decisions regarding the acquisition of IT software and hardware, and IT professional services.
Essential Functions
Maintaining spend analysis and forecasts
Analyzing current and past financial data, identifying trends
Contacting vendors regarding outstanding invoices
Researching POs and master agreements
Ensuring proper documentation for IT products in ServiceNow
Other Functions
Reviewing contract documents for accuracy
Perform other duties, as assigned

Business casual office environment
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint
Good verbal and writing skills
Minimum Education, Experience Requirements
Completion of one year of college coursework
Additional Requirements
Able to use Office 365 suite of applications with proficiency
Preferences
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Knowledge of dashboards and reporting tools
Microsoft Power BI experience
