Location: This position is a hybrid role, in the office 3 days each weel, based in Laurel, MD 20707. Role: Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a technical consultant to fully support all technical aspects of the Oracle EBS procure-to-pay application and have functional knowledge of these apps. The Sr. Oracle EBS Application Developer (Procure to Pay) provides application technical and functional support within the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications. These applications include but are not limited to Procurement, iSupplier, Inventory and Accounts Payable, Procurement Contracts, and Sourcing. Responsibilities: Is responsible for developing and maintaining internal applications, integrations, related web services and optimization of applications on all platforms. Ensures that projects, support, and operational goals are accomplished by performing assigned duties personally or through subordinates. Leads and coordinates different teams that create or use the company's business applications and platforms. Oversees code updates and may take on different roles as they help colleagues design, develop, test and release software. Translates business requirements into functional application specifications using contemporary best practices. Pro-actively identify opportunities to offer an improved experience to users by developing a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and functions. Creates architecture and design documentation including support documentation and update of existing documentation. Provide Oracle application technical and functional support within the Oracle E-Business Suite of applications (Procure to Pay) with an emphasis on technical support. Maintain current EBS modules, including OAF and Oracle forms; be able to create custom OAF and Oracle forms to run within the EBS module as well as RICE components Work independently and or as part of the technical team to address production issues, enhancements Work with the DBA team to apply Oracle bug fixes, patches, production migration, etc. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. At least ten (10) years of professional job-related experience with a bachelor’s degree or eight (8) years with a master’s degree. Must have experience managing a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple stakeholders or businesses. Must have expert knowledge and experience in SQL queries and database design. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic work environment. Must have experience in test driven development. Must have experience with a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered applications, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components. Must have expert skills in developing architecture diagrams and technical designs. Must have experience ensuring that business engineering standards are applied by all parties involved in projects and deliveries. The ability to develop new OAF pages/Forms and modify existing OAF pages/Forms within the EBS application is a must. Technical proficiency in OAF, Oracle Forms, Oracle JDeveloper, RICE components, Oracle Workflow Builder, Oracle Financial Analyzer, PL/SQL, SQLPlus, SQLLoader, XML Publisher, and API’s. In-depth Experience in SQL, SQL-plus, RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions), OAF, Oracle forms, workflow, and XML is a must. Preferred/Nice to Have Skills: Minimum of 10 years of experience in the application and systems development Minimum of 10 years of technical and functional experience in the Oracle EBS Procure to Pay application. Clearance: The ability to successfully pass a background check is needed for this position.
