SUMMARY: The Bellhop is responsible for taking luggage to and from guest rooms. Transporting Guests to and from destinations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pushing and pulling luggage cart to and from guest rooms.
• Lifting luggage weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Walking majority of shift.
• Explaining to guest the features of the guest room and how it operates upon checking in.
• Performs related tasks as required.
• Must exhibit the Family Style Service model to all Guests and Team Members.
