SUMMARY: The BINGO Lead Attendant oversees BINGO Department during a certain shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees BINGO Attendants in their daily job routine.
• Must be able to assist or perform all duties of a BINGO Attendant.
• Verify by their personal signature that all system payouts are accurate and complete.
• Responsible for balancing sales each session .
• Return unsold paper each session
• Responsible for maintaining individual banks for each selling window.
• Responsible for completing all shift reports.
• Assists in guiding, instructing and counseling BINGO Attendants.
• Responsible for insuring that all posted Bingo rules are followed
• Responsible for protecting company assets
• Additional duties may be assigned at discretion of the BINGO Manager
• Must be available for scheduled work.
• Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model at all times.
