SUMMARY: The Banquet Food Server Extra Board is responsible for serving food and beverage orders to guests, and assembling food orders. They have a full knowledge of all menu items that are available on the buffet line and answer all guest questions.

EXTRA BOARD POSITION

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests at table with proper salutation and take beverage orders.
• Take guest\'s food and beverage order, using a tray, and check table often for drink refills.
• Continually check tables in assigned section to remove dirty dishes when it is obvious that guests have completed eating from plate.
• Performs related tasks as required.
• Must be available for scheduled work.
• Must exhibit the Family Style Service model at all times.
