Westdale Asset Management Assistant Community Manager in Lauderhill, Florida
Rate: Based on experience (Hourly non-exempt position)
Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.
We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 501-unit luxury mid-rise in Lauderhill - immediately adjacent to W Commercial Blvd and N University Drive! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. Requirements
At least one year of leasing experience at an apartment community.
Must have track record handling Assistant Manager duties, including handling collections for an apartment community.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
Must be able to work one Saturday per month.

Work Days: Monday – Friday; one Saturday per month.
Work Hours: M-F 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Sat 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Required License or Certification: Valid Driver’s License in the state where the property is located, or a neighboring state in proximity to the property where applicable, or willing to obtain a Driver’s License to meet these stipulations within 60 days.
