Job Description

Insight Global is seeking to hire an experienced Bridge Inspector Team Leader for a client that supports the NY State Department of Transportation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with biennial bridge inspections and a strong understanding of NYSDOT regulations. This role involves documenting field conditions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, coordinating with project management and quality control teams to schedule inspections, and reviewing inspection reports to ensure adherence to regulations. Additionally, the Bridge Inspector Team Leader will supervise junior engineers, overseeing their models, designs, and specifications.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural or Structural Engineering

Professional Engineering (PE) License

Experience with bridge upgrade and new build design projects

Experience with multistage bridge inspections on multiple projects NYSDOT Biennial Bridge Inspections null
