Alaant Workforce Solutions is seeking an RN Case Manager for a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting their clients with benefits and insurance needs.

Hours and Benefits for the RN Case Manager:

• Monday – Friday, 35- hour work week

• Hybrid schedule

• $65,000-$75,000/year

• 80% medical coverage, free dental & vision coverage

Responsibilities for the RN Case Manager:

• Oversee worker's compensation cases

• Assess, evaluate, coordinate, and establish services and resources needed for each case

• Adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with injured workers, providers, employers, and other parties to address return-to-work capability

• Calculate and monitor the estimated length of disability throughout the life of claims according to published criteria.

• Assess medical documentation, provide interpretation to staff, and ensure adherence to procedures and service standards

Requirements for the RN Case Manager:

• Licensed Registered Nurse in NYS

• 2+ years of Case Management experience

• Experience with MS Office and data entry
