THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Seating Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in managing all aspects of seating and ticket fulfillment for our events. The ideal candidate will handle seat assignment and ticket fulfillment for all on and off platform orders. This position reports to the Director, Platform and Ticketing and is based in Las Vegas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Seat Allocation and Assignment

  • Assign reserved and general admission seats for various events.

  • When available, utilize Archtics software for seat management and allocation.

  • Coordinate ticket fulfillment with Group Order Coordinator for off-platform orders.

  • Collaborate with Director, Platform and Ticketing to understand seating requirements.

  • Coordinate with Director, Platform and Ticketing to ensure seating arrangements meet event needs.

  • Develop seating charts and layouts in accordance with event specifications in collaboration with the Ticketing team.

Customer Service

  • Address and resolve seating issues or conflicts.

  • Assist customers with special seating requests, including ADA compliance.

  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance guest experience.

Ticketing System Management

  • Maintain and update the ticketing system with accurate seating information.

  • Ensure all seating data is correctly input into Archtics.

  • Generate reports from the ticketing system for event planning and analysis.

Quality Control

  • Perform regular checks to ensure seating arrangements are accurate.

  • Adjust seating plans as needed to accommodate last-minute changes.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Administrative Duties

  • Communicate seating arrangements and updates to relevant stakeholders.

  • Maintain organized records of all seating assignments and changes.

  • Assist in the development of seating policies and procedures.

  • Participate in team meetings and provide updates on seating coordination status.

Training and Development

  • Train and support junior staff in seating coordination tasks.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and new features of Archtics software.

Continuous Improvement

  • Process Optimization:

  • Identify and implement improvements to the group order process to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate new strategies as appropriate.

  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry

  • Proficiency in Archtics ticketing software

  • Experience working in Google Suite and Microsoft Office

  • Ability to quickly and effectively resolve seating-related issues

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously

  • Professional level of verbal and written communication skills

  • Possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of responsibility in an ever-changing environment

  • Must be able to handle sensitive matters and exercise excellent judgment

  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to work autonomously and in a team setting

  • Must be able to stay organized and on task

  • Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments on site at our events

  • May sit for extended periods of time and work in drastic temperature climates onsite at our events

  • Must be willing to work during evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines

  • Must be willing to travel as required both domestically and abroad, if required
