Emmy Squared Pizza Regional Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Emmy Squared Pizza and Swingers Crazy Golf are coming to Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas! Emmy Squared Pizza is a growing national restaurant group new to the Las Vegas market. Emmy Squared Pizza prepares all culinary items served to Swingers Crazy Golf patrons. Our leadership ensures the execution of our award winning pizza and burgers served by the Swingers Crazy Golf front of house team. We are looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Regional Manager to oversee our opening team, and future growth in the market!

As a Regional Manager you will be primarily focused on overseeing and supporting the General Manager and their team in the greater Las Vegas area. This includes financial responsibilities and overall business health, providing leadership and guidance over the entire operation and team members. The Regional Manager is accountable for achieving operational standards, food safety, and profitability, while creating and maintaining an inclusive and positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of restaurant operations and a passion for training and development, with a willingness to travel to all locations within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly visit all locations within assigned region.

  • Utilize P&Ls to manage and understand the business. Analyze and assess trends to make informed decisions and drive growth. Use this information to keep the management team informed and help improve their business acumen.

  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans for sales, productivity, operational performance, labor, budget analysis, and customer satisfaction, setting initiatives and budgets, and working with General Managers to achieve business objectives.

  • Assist with setting goals for staffing for various volumes, seasons, and growth. Ensure management teams adhere to sales forecasts, labor budgets, food cost budgets, inventory processes, payroll review and approval, and employee documentation (hires, terminations, leaves of absence, injuries, etc.).

  • Create a positive working environment in your restaurants that results in high team member engagement and retention.

    Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand P&L reports and implement them in sales, loss, and continued progress of profits.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong background in service training, hospitality, and overall restaurant operations.

  • Ability to travel to each location frequently throughout the expected timeline.

  • Ability to flex weekly schedule around company needs and deadlines.

  • Ability and willingness to physically assist staff in locations when needed for low staffing, high volume events/seasons and creating a team environment that is guest focused.

  • Ability to coordinate with your teams and departments on increased sales and profitability of locations. Develop a plan and ensure it is implemented.

  • Must have or be able to obtain an Alcohol Serving permit where applicable.

  • ServSafe certification preferred.
