We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving manufacturing processes and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

salary: $73,000 - $75,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Design and implement manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for new products

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality

• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products

• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flow charts, and standard operating procedures

• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for increased productivity

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support to resolve manufacturing problems

• Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and eliminate waste

• Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate new materials, equipment, and technologies for improved manufacturing capabilities

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• standing for 4 hours at one time
