The pay rate for this job is $30 - $30 / hour(DOE). This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:       

• Installing copper, cast iron and PVC Join pipes using various methods such as screws, bolts, fittings, solder, plastic solvent, and calks joints.

• Have knowledge of different types of pipes and fittings to ensure proper joining.

• Understand the principles of plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance.

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems to prevent leaks and other issues.

• Install new plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including water supply and drainage systems.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing problems to identify the root cause and provide effective solutions

 Qualifications:

• OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)

• Minimum 5 yrs of experience with pluming Must have experience with copper and cast iron

• Relevant plumbing experience, preferably in a commercial setting.

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

• Familiarity with various types of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
