Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform regulatory preventive maintenance work under management supervision. You will ensure safety procedures are followed during modifications, set-ups, preventative maintenance, and equipment movement. Your role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our production equipment, with a specific focus on CNC machines. This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 3 months.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years of electrical experience

• 5+ years in a mechanic role in a manufacturing environment

• Experience with preventive maintenance on CNC machines

Soft Skills

• Adherence to safety procedures

• Flexibility in work shifts

• Ability to work in a team

This is a fully on-site position in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Las Vegas, Nevada. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting on the first shift from 5 am to 1:30 pm. Flexibility is required to work the second shift from 1:30 pm to 10 pm, as team rotation depends on business needs. The environment is a plant/manufacturing setting with loud machinery, heavy forklift traffic, and exposure to moving parts. Candidates must be comfortable in this setting.
