Our client has been a leader in importing incomparable collections of Crystals, Gemstones, Fossils, Jewelry, Exotic Leather Belts, one-of-kind Recycled Metal Art Sculptures, and much more. This is a family owned business in Las Vegas, looking for highly motivated, kind, and energetic individuals to join our retail team for our Caesars Palace Forum Shops, Venetian Grand Canal Shoppes, and two McCarran Airport locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Creates a welcoming environment by greeting and approaching customers
• Always present yourself in a friendly and professional manner
• Educate clients with company history and the most current product knowledge
• Maintain/execute store merchandising standards
• Achieve personal sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talent
• Motivated and results driven
• Previous retail experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

COMPENSATION and BENEFITS

• $15 hourly pay + 4% commission paid on all sales made. No minimum sales needed for commission and no caps. The average sales rep earns at least $30 in commission per shift.
