About you and this role

Dow is offering an exciting opportunity forEnvironmental, Safety and Health (EH&S) Operations Internwith working locations inLas Pinas City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The internship program is especially designed for students to provide them with corporate orientation and practical skills, which will maximize career potential; you will not only take hands-on work to gain valuable experience, but also have exposure to Dow Operations to set up for success at the beginning of your career. Dow Operations is the integration of Manufacturing & Engineering, Supply Chain, Technical support & expertise, and is accountable for achieving higher levels of operational excellence for our global businesses, for our customers and for the communities in which we operate.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) Programs -- support improving documentations and monitoring of EH&S Programs.

• Research and Analysis -- conduct research on optimizing the Water Recycling Project of the facility.

• Collaboration -- work with EH&S team to develop and implement EH&S initiatives and programs,

• Project Management -- contribute to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of EH&S Projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing a degree Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• High level of initiative and excellent teamwork spirit

• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.

• Commit to the internship program for 5 weeks.
