SUMMARY OF POSITION

Audit manufacturing processes and their compliance with the quality system and report the findings effectively. Audit dimensions and attributes following established quality criteria.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform inspection work using the tools provided following good measurement practices

  • Provide effective feedback to the manufacturing areas

  • Identify and analyze "non-conforming" products; ensure compliance with the non-conforming material handling process. Do the necessary activities to detect the scope of the non-conformities and provide feedback to the manufacturing areas about situations of non-compliance and the impact to our client

  • Provide support to engineers in tasks related to continuous improvement projects

  • Generate documentation of inspections carried out

  • Attend manufacturing areas about quality processes and problems, coordinating and validating the process and equipment as necessary

  • Provide the necessary information / data to the supervisor or engineer that serves as a basis to streamline operations

  • Periodically report progress on assigned tasks

  • Extensive knowledge of the parts produced from the ""Breaker"" and its use

  • Perform other tasks assigned according to the position

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product inspection and manufacturing quality control processes.

  • Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent interpersonal relationships

  • Availability to work overtime

  • Maintain and follow practices of a safe work environment

  • Good communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Mathematical skills

  • Demonstrate leadership and own initiative

  • Punctuality and responsibility in your area of work

  • Good organizational skills

  • Technical knowledge

  • Audit judgment

  • Able to complete work under little supervision while maintaining high levels of performance

Pay Details: $16.48 per hour
