Job Summary:

Attract candidates, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the on-boarding of medical, dental and behavioral health providers under the direction of the Director of Human Resources. Will collaborate with hiring managers to assure that all staffing goals are met.

Job Duties:

  • Recruit and attract medical, dental and behavioral health providers using a variety of recruitment channels.

  • Assess candidates to ensure qualification match, and organizational fit and compatibility.

  • Schedule and conduct confidential interviews. 

  • Identify and plan for future organizational needs within our provider pool.

  • Conduct post-interview reference checks.

  • Research and devise targeted recruitment campaigns.

  • Attend and participate in job fairs as an LCDF recruiter.

  • Manage the employment contract process from start to finish.

  • Assist providers with the New Mexico licensure process as required for their position.

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to all available Job Boards.

  • Ensure the screening, hiring, and selection process is in accordance to employment law and regulations.

  • Walk the provider through the HR and Insurance Credentialing process.

  • Work with hiring managers and directors for appropriate skill set and knowledge.

  • Keep current on training design and methodology.

  • Creates and provides recruitment reports to leadership as needed.

  • Acts as a representative or promoter of a LCDF at community and state events.

    Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements:

  • One - two years of experience in healthcare recruitment and placement.

  • Marketing degree or other related field preferred but not required.
