Job Summary:

The Network Administrator is primarily responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and development of the local and wide area network services.  The Network administrator applies technical expertise to the solution of data integration and automation issues, and ensures that data security and integrity throughout the system.

Core Competencies:

• Must have knowledge of Computer operating systems in use at LCDF including Windows XP, Windows 7 and Server 2003 and Server 2008.

• Must be familiar with Local area and wide area network hardware, configuration and protocols.

• Working Knowledge of VMware, PHD Virtual Back up, SAN Maintenance and configuration.

• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all employees and department needs.

• Must be a self-initiating and adaptable with an ability to communicate to a variety of staff members.

  Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in computer science or related field or 5 years of relevant and related experience.

• Cisco and Microsoft Certification required or relevant and related experience
