ITSQuest is looking for an accomplished individual for a Part Time Family Law Paralegal to join the team at a well establish attorney's office in the Las Cruces area. Duties include conducting research drafting legal documents, managing client files, communicating with clients, review and analyze financial documents, prepare for court hearings, maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications:

-At least 5 years proven family court experience -Primary experience with Dona Ana Domestic Court -Paralegal degree preferred -Must be comfortable working in office with small friendly dog -Must be able to consent to background check and drug screening
