CACI is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Configuration Management Lead. This candidate should have 10 or more years of service process and project management experience in an ITSM environment. The Lead is responsible for supporting the multi-supplier ecosystem to integrate and manage the Configuration Management process within the MSI ITSM infrastructure.

What You’ll Get to Do:

· Develop Configuration Management (CM) plan and standards

· Manage and maintain the CMDB

· Perform periodic verification and audit of Configuration Items (CIs)

· Assist Asset Management in defining a common naming convention and tagging standard for both assets and CIs

· Ensure mapping of services (logical service model) from the level of business services

· Ensure timely update of CI information

· Ensure CI relationship mapping is accurate and evaluated often

· Provide input for technology requirements relating to or impacting CM

· Utilize ServiceNow dashboards, tools, and techniques to report the status of the incident process as needed

· Work with other Program Leads to incorporate CM into other processes, as needed

· Support measurement and reporting for weekly and monthly meetings

· Lead a Team of Enterprise configuration managers in day-to-day work

· Manage approximately 12 CACI personnel. Have complete timesheets, TouchPoints and have hiring decision making.

Required Qualifications:

· Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, Management, or related field, and/or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree

· Minimum of 5-10 years’ work experience in IT service management

· Skilled at working collaboratively in a complex environment and driving performance achievement and improvements

· Data-driven mindset of service excellence and customer satisfaction

· Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience working with Government clients, specifically within the Intelligence Community.

· Familiarity with IT Service Management toolsets such as ServiceNow or Remedy

· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

· Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience and leadership in MSI commercial environment

· Leader in MSI practice implementation and operations

· Led managed IT infrastructure service transitions

· Experience leading large teams in a matrixed management structure

· Experience with Organizational Change Management

· Demonstrated experience producing programmatic deliverables

· Demonstrated experience with facets of personnel management

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100 - $141,000
