As a Copilot Global Black Belt (GBB) you will be a Senior Solution Sales Leader within our organization working with our most strategic nonprofit customers across Americas. You will lead a virtual team of field, partner, marketing, and engineering resources to advance the sales process and adoption of Copilot for M365 and Premium Copilots.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex and strategic Copilot opportunities by engaging and building trusted relationships with key business and technical stakeholders to understand their business and technology priorities, governance, decision, and budget processes to land the full value proposition of Copilot for M365 and our “Premium Copilots” (Sales, Service, Finance, and Studio).

  • Accelerate Copilot opportunities with creative deal strategies, POCs, demos and storytelling that overcome customer challenges, whilst leveraging core virtual team stakeholders (Field, Partner, Marketing, Engineering, FastTrack, Biz Desks).

  • Capture and prove Copilot business value by delivering Business Value Assessments, ROI Value Calculations and engaging with key stakeholders to measure value during pilots & full deployments.

  • Lead the “Make the Market” drive for Copilot within the nonprofit industry for key Americas regions and verticals by helping convert customer satisfaction into public customer success stories.

  • Orchestrate co-sell motion across sales team and ensure all MW Pipeline / engaged accounts are profiled for LOB systems (CRM and ERP) and evaluated for fit on Premium Copilots as natural part of opportunity progression.

  • Provide thought leadership on the positive impact AI can have on nonprofit mission success including speaking at Microsoft, priority partner and industry relevant webinars & in-person events.

  • Mentor and coach TSI Modern Work & Security Specialist team and wider field teams to help with upskilling including leading the internal community to foster best practice, readiness, market trend and insight sharing.

  • Influence engineering and product groups with closed loop feedback supporting refining the sales process and product updates.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years technology-related sales or account management experience

  • OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years technology-related sales or account management experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience - 7+ years of technology-related sales experience.

  • Modern Work Experience - 3+ years of related experience in a Modern Work cloud sales and/or technical sales role.

  • Industry Experience - 3+ years' experience in driving successful solution sales within the nonprofit industry.

  • Foundational AI Knowledge

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year.
