Wencor Group Customer Service Speciallist in Larimers Corner, Washington

Full-Time Entry Level Overview of the Position: Some ownership of individual customer and subject to revenue goals associated with those customers. Assist the sales and operations teams in support of global customer base. Works to ensure that repair and sale orders are completed within company standards to ensure exceptional customer experience by performing essential duties. Assist sales team with customer inquiries, data research, proposal development, and sales quotes via phone and email. Enter repair and sales order data into the company database. Organize and file customer work orders, sales orders and invoices. Enters airway bills and customer and/or vendor quotes into database and/or tracks customer shipments. Research and update part pricing database through vendor quotes. Other duties that may be assigned. Education / Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years' equivalent office work experience. Experience in managing customer accounts and working knowledge of customer support and exceptional service. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
