: ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description.* - Dusts chairs, tables, shelves, and other furniture or equipment; cleans and polishes furniture and metal or woodwork. - Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms; replaces toilet paper and paper towels. - Vacuums, sweeps, mops, and buffs the floors; shampoos carpet. - Collects and disposes of trash and debris both indoor and outdoor. - Performs minor repairs of leaking water lines, as needed; unclogs sinks and commodes. - Performs general errands including delivering and distributing mail. - Performs related work as required.
