The UI/UX Analyst is responsible for establishing the overall application look and feel as well as designing, communicating, and executing all user interface screens for each business requirement. The UI/UX Analyst directs the overall user experience for interacting with the delivered product.

This role works closely with the Business Analyst and Technical Lead in the delivery of solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

Position location: Lansing, MI. Hybrid Role with 2 days onsite from day 1- Tuesday and Wednesday Local and non-local candidates may apply. - MUST be willing to relocate. Design Portfolio Must Be Attached. Required

Top Skills & Years of Experience Required: • Degree in UI UX Design or Graphic Design is preferred. • 3+ years IT related design experience. • Experience with designing to a set of standards such as the World Wide Web Consortium, Web accessibility standards. 3 years • Experience with wireframing. 3 years • Experience with prototyping. 3 years • Experience using Figma or a related design tool. 3 years • Design Portfolio Must Be Attached.
