Acentra is looking for a Facilities Assistant to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Assistant role will commit to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of company facilities. Focusing on maintaining a conducive and well-functioning work environment plays a crucial role in contributing to the overall functionality and success of the company's infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily facilities operations and manage facility programs for multiple office locations

  • Facilities Procurement

  • Contribute to security measures across multiple offices, including but not limited to cameras, badge access, record-keeping, alarm systems

  • Prepare weekly and monthly facilities reports

  • Assist on-site in the planning and execution of company meetings and events, including set-up and clean-up

  • Collaborate with facilities and other departments on special projects

  • Assists in the opening/closing of facilities

  • Coordinating vendor services, including onboarding new vendors

  • Back up for other facilities and travel department

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Director of Facilities

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED

  • 1+ years in Facilities, Office Manager or Real Estate

  • 2+ years in office environment

  • Must be available to travel 35% of the time

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

  • Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach with a strong service orientation and communication skills

  • Proficiency on Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Must be flexible and able to successfully manage simultaneous tasks in a fast pace work environment

  • Demonstrate a general understanding of the basic functions of facility infrastructure and support

  • Ability to receive and comprehend instructions

  • Ability to multitask
