Position Summary Foresight Group is seeking an excited and driven individual to join our team to do business development, project management and administration. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building a new full-service trade show offering to complement the existing Foresight print solutions.  You will be responsible for expanding the company's client base, increasing revenue, and establishing strong client relationships.  Upon the award of trade show projects, you will then coordinate each phase discovery, conceptualization, construction and delivery.  With your expertise in exhibits and displays, you will ensure the delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. An offer of employment with MSU Federal Credit Union and affiliates (Foresight Group) is contingent upon the agreed work arrangement (onsite/hybrid/remote) and work location. Oversee the planning and execution of trade show exhibits to ensure alignment with client expectations and company standards. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities. Sales and Marketing Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close new clients and projects. Guide clients through all phases of the sales cycle. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market reach. Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market. Operations Management Manage daily operations, logistics, and on-site execution of trade show exhibits. Ensure efficient and effective use of resources, equipment, and materials. Ensure all client deliverables are completed and delivered on schedule. Continuously evaluate and improve business processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. Contribute to the overall growth and development of the business development team by sharing insights and strategies. Client Relations Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
