Compile and compute data according to statistical formulas for use in statistical studies. Analyze, quality control, and format of genotyping data to facilitate data report generation and delivery. Serve as a link between lab operations and customer service and sales, providing critical data analysis, formatting, and quality review. Lead projects and troubleshooting/problem-solving functions. Help with database management. Manage the generation, quality, and accuracy of genotypic data. Work to streamline data analysis pipeline. Assist in the training and ISO certification for new associates. Lead and coordinate investigations of data issues. Facilitate completion of customer inquiries and special requests. Work with operations to facilitate data transmittal to customers via LIMS and FTP sites. Work with various groups for data reformats and structures to facilitate further analysis. Provide quality control review of data including identification of quality issues and recognition when troubleshooting is required. Develop and document new products and processes. Meet individual, departmental, and quality program goals and objectives. Works with quality manager and support ISO procedures including development, documentation, and execution.
