After the initial onsite training, this position will be remote Our client is an American multinational Fortune 100 technology company, that designs, develops and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services and is considered one of the Big Four tech companies. This position will be remote after initial training on site. Qualified candidates must be in the greater Austin TX area. This is not a remote work from anywhere in the US position. This position is part time hours, 20 hours a week. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will: * Reviewing invoices to ensure they are accurate and coded properly. * Audit and reconcile existing data from internal and third-party systems. * Communicate with vendors to assist in the reconciliation process. The ideal candidate will have: * Previous experience working with financial documents, focused on accounts payable. * Previous experience working with invoices and working with third party vendors. * Proficient and accurate keyboarding, data entry, and computer use - medium to heavy volume * Microsoft Office intermediate skills - Excel, Word, and Outlook email Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
