Our Supervisor of Financial Share Services is accountable for:

• Supervising all direct reporting employees to work effectively with people of all levels internally and externally, ensuring work is performed timely and accurately.

• Ensuring any changes to existing processes achieve efficiencies, meet SOX compliance, and proper communication occurs with Leadership.

• Handling account disputes, contacting customers with outstanding balances, managing copies of invoices, statements, and reporting, identifying high-risk accounts and potential bad debt, and differentiating between bad debt and sales adjustments.

• Reporting account status, reconciling accounts, ensuring adjustments are processed, determining whether to discontinue service, ensuring timely reconciliation of discrepancies with VMS tools to Kelly Revenue, reporting quarterly accounting considerations, and escalating all risks promptly.

• Ensuring high-risk receivables are escalated, collected, and process efficiencies are identified.

• Reducing past due dollars and avoiding chargebacks and bad debt.

• Interacting with all levels of field, corporate personnel, and our strategic customers/suppliers to help resolve customer disputes.

Essential Skills:

• Able to train and coach individuals and groups

Seeking 4+ years of Accounting, General Business, or Finance experience. Must possess basic understanding of accounts receivable, payroll, billing, and SSPA systems (GFBS roles) or knowledge and management of third-party VMS technology.

* Individuals are required to pass Microsoft Excel Testing at an Advanced proficiency for eligibility of this role.
